Coming of Age — Part Two
Growing Into Womanhood

- Identity
- Emotions
- Friendships
- Boundaries
- Digital Life
The next chapter
From “what is happening to me?” to “who am I becoming?”
The early teenage years can feel exciting, confusing and intense all at once. Friendships become more complicated. Emotions feel stronger. Appearance matters more. Social media becomes louder. Attention from boys may begin. And girls start making more of their own decisions.
Building on the foundations of puberty, menstruation, taharah and Islamic responsibility, Coming of Age — Part Two moves the conversation forward. It is designed to help girls understand themselves, protect their dignity and make choices guided by Islam—not simply because their parents expect it, but because faith is becoming personally meaningful to them.
Through relatable discussions, real-life scenarios and carefully selected activities, participants can explore real issues without embarrassment in a respectful, supportive environment.
The goal is not perfection. It is learning to grow, choose wisely and keep returning to Allah.
